Suzette Smith
Suzette is the founder of Austin Med Spa and a pioneer in the medical aesthetics industry, having opened one of Austin's first medical spas in 2004. With over three decades of nursing experience and more than 22 years dedicated to injectable artistry, she specializes in Botox, Dysport, and a full range of dermal fillers, crafted to enhance natural beauty with subtle, refreshed results.
Known for her extensive advanced training and artistic eye, Suzette has built a reputation for excellence and long-standing client trust over two decades in practice. She believes beautiful results start with a comprehensive treatment plan tailored to each client's features, skin health, and goals.

Aesthetic Nurse Injector & Skincare Specialist
Anita Falkenberg, RN, BSN
Anita is an aesthetic nurse injector and skincare specialist with over three decades of nursing experience, including more than 20 years as a labor and delivery nurse before transitioning into aesthetics. That background shaped how she practices today: calm under pressure, precise, and deeply attentive to patient care.
Anita performs every treatment offered at Austin Med Spa, from injectables to energy-based devices, and specializes in combining the two for results that go beyond what either can achieve alone. Her approach centers on facial anatomy and proportion rather than one-size-fits-all treatment menus, building a plan around what will genuinely enhance each client's features.

What Your First Visit Looks Like
01 · Consultation
Twenty to thirty minutes, no charge, no pressure. We look at your face or the area you are concerned about in good light, talk through what bothers you, and explain what each option can and cannot do.
02 · The Plan
You leave with a written plan and real pricing, sequenced by priority. If the best first step is skin care or a single syringe rather than a full package, that is what we will tell you.
03 · Treatment
Many treatments can be done the same day. Numbing, ice, and time are never rushed, and you always know what is happening before it happens.
04 · Follow-Up
We check results at two weeks for injectables and at each stage of a laser or skin course, then adjust. Refinement is part of the treatment, not an upsell.
